Fix ODBC Driver could not be loaded due to system error code 126

when I try to configure the instant client from the odbc data source administrator, i receive the following error message:

Why this is happening ?

Visual Studio C++ Versions Are not installed on your computer.

The Solution

1-Go To This link

2-Download all versions of visual C++(2008—————->2019)

3-Install them
